why did i choose my carrer? (psychology)❤

I always know that in my future i would dedicate myself to the social area. I remember that I always had sensitivity and interest in people but two things happened that marked me a lot. The first one was in 2014, I went to a demonstration and felt very closely the collective struggle but also the rage of the repression and these it made me realize that i wanted to be part of the change. The second fact was in 2016, i suffered many panic attacks and was very depressed, for this experience i learned about the importance of mental health and feeling good about yourself and for these reason relate social struggle to psychology and well...it will be my way to help fight injustice. more specifically I would like to work all my life to support women and enhance their empowerment💜.

My political convictions was also a topic that I wanted to have in my university life and for these i work hard to get to this university. Now im very happy here, i like so much the content of clasess but the online way its the worst part, i hate it.

    How great that you have such clear thoughts and positions on all the injustices that occur every day in Chile and the world. Like you, with my career I am looking for a way to contribute and be part of this important and necessary change for our society.

    I feel identified with your publication, the reasons that mark you to study this career are very similar to those that motivated me. it is important to link psychology with social demands

The best holidays ever 😁

This was in 2018, when we went with my friends to the beach. Usually we try to go on vacation together every year but this was my favorite because it was the year that more people can go. We went to Laguna, a small town with coast in V region. Our stay was one week and we got there by bus. I have a family home in this place so we used it and also we rent the neighbor´s house. Our days consisted of cooking ( this takes a lot of time because we were a big group ) then go out to the beach and when we are already there we played with the paletas, we bathed in the sea, we sunbathed and we listened to music. A ritual that we repeat every time we go this place is to eat waffles in a specific place that we are fans of 😂 its always the first thing we do. Spend time with my friends its always the best part of my life and when we can do it relaxed and for several days is when im happiest. I recommend  visit this place before they invade more, each year they build more and more and its filling up

Postgraduate Studies ✈✅

I consider that it’s important to take a course or specialization because this provides more knowledge and more tools that can be used in the future. Also, every day its more difficult to find a job, so the more prepared you are its better for this. I would like to study something with a feminist approach, sexuality or social psychology. These are topics that i like it because i think there is a lot to do about it. I would like to study out of Chile for two reasons. The first it’s for the experience of living in another country and meet different people. And the second one, it’s because in other countries are more developed about this topics, maybe i can talk with people who with these approaches in different ways. I really like the idea of travel specifically to study, so i would like to do a very complete course where i have to go from Monday to Friday every week. Obviously, i would like to have free time on weekend for relax, spend time with friends or go to different places.

Mental Health problemas related to a lockdown😷

No one expected this pandemic, this changed our routine practically overnight. I think that one of the most complicated feelings is feeling that we do not have freedom over our action, and this its so frustrating. This is why many times i feel tires because i feel that in part i have stopped being myself. I miss the posibility to go out when i want and to do what i want. So many times i really feel unmotivated but the feeling of doing nothing is much worse for me. Its for this reason that university helps me a lot (its a double-edged sword), i try to organized myself to stay in this every day until about 19:00 and then i watch series or spend time with my dad, its time to relax. Between these two things, i try to make exercise to take out a little energy and feeling better. Also, i try to make video calls with my friends constantly.  The situation its very irregular, we are all afected by pandemic, so no matter how much one wants to do an orderly routine, there are days when you do
